Founded in the year 2000, Allstate HOA Management is an industry leader, managing small to large buildings and complexes, and mixed-use properties. We are the highest-rated firm in our industry and are also the regular recipients of industry awards and accolades for excellence. Since the very beginning, Allstate has focused solely on homeowners association (HOA) management.

Our goal is to enhance the well-being of our clients’ associations, the quality of life in them, and property values. We employ the latest in technologies and place major emphasis on the continued education of our managers, knowledge of the Civil Code, and customer relations.

Ben Bar, a principal of our company, is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), a member of Community Association Institute (CAI), a licensed real estate broker, realtor, and member of The Southland Regional Association of Realtors (SRAR). He has over 35 years of experience in development, construction, brokerage, and management. Running Allstate HOA Management is his sole focus today.

There are scores of years of combined management experience in our firm. Our managers are supported by accounting staff, an escrow department, customer relations, assistants, and supervisor oversight.
